httpsds offers three way to manage your cost for IT Services. you can either pre-purchase Support hours that can be used any support or system development, or you can take a support only contract with httpsds either quarterly, 1/2 yearly or yearly. lastly you can use our services adhoc. All Contract and Pre-Purchase customers get access to our customer portal, where they can report problems and makes requests for service. also they get access to httpsds Software update feeds and library. Security information and much more.
